Sudhakar Nammi is an award-winning professional with over 17 years of rich experience in Service Quality Management, Robotic Process Automation, Six Sigma/Lean Practices Deployment, Business Transformation and Customer Support. As a Master Black Belt & Lean Certified Professional, he has held lead numerous projects in world’s leading IT companies such as Genpact, Sutherland Global Services, Aditya Birla Minacs and Dell, across cities in India and also in Manila. During the early days of his career, he worked as Assistant Operations Manager at CLI3L E-Services and Quality Evaluator at Convergys, among other roles, before taking up leadership roles in process management and innovation.
His last stint in a corporate job was in the CGRLH Vertical at Genpact. As AVP – Robotics Delivery Team, he identified and quantified the opportunities to use RPA with the objectives of improving quality, saving cost and most importantly, generating more revenue and value through improved efficiency. It also involved risk evaluation and mitigation in order to ensure compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters.
Leading innovation and transformation, he focussed on business and IT capability creation across verticals while ideating and identifying opportunities for internal business – frontend and delivery. During this tenure, he worked with RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Uipath and others to design, develop and deploy automation (in some cases the sole RPA modeler/developer on a project and in others the leader of an RPA modeler/developer team).
As a consultant, he played a key role in quality improvement processes by working with inter-departmental teams and contributing to client meetings and customer reviews. He managed projects on a day-to-day basis for all new processes to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget. Adequate test coverage and quality adherence were also among his key responsibilities. Leading Six Sigma Initiatives/BPI at one of India’s biggest group of companies, he headed Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt Projects across Telecom Customer Support, Tech support and FAO projects. He was responsible for identifying business opportunities, appropriate resources and talent for managing deliverables.
During the three years at Microland, he steered P&L Operations of two key accounts in the storage domain. His noteworthy accomplishments were being awarded for delivering the Best Program for 2009; efficiently increasing revenue by 20% with a reduction in cost through headcount reduction, and maintaining annualized attrition below 25% in 2009. He also received a Certificate of Excellence for managing SoftPhone and another one for Managing Compliance, Designed a BQ process to improve CE scores and setting up the CE Clinic.
